Someone in the UK wants to send value to a Heliox user in Spain. The sender uses GBP; the recipient chooses EUR. Here is how the flow works.

£200 → 100 HLX
At an illustrative £2 per HLX, the sender buys 100 HLX. Any payment or processing fees are added to the quote.
- 02 · SEND
100 HLX → Their wallet
Enter the recipient’s Heliox ID or wallet address. The recipient receives the 100 HLX in their Heliox account.
- 03 · SELL
100 HLX → EUR
The recipient selects EUR and reviews the sell quote. The euro amount depends on the current price and exchange rate.
- 04 · WITHDRAW
EUR → Bank account
Choose the amount, enter bank details and request a withdrawal, subject to review and supported payout details.
Know the cost before you confirm. This is an example, not a live quote. Buying, selling, exchange rates and applicable payment or withdrawal fees affect the final amount. Bank withdrawals require review; card payouts are not currently available.

Ask a questionWhat is the difference between HLX and my currency balance?
HLX is used for transfers and participating merchant payments within Heliox. GBP, EUR and other currency balances are separate wallets. Buying or selling moves value between HLX and your selected currency at the quoted rate.
Can I withdraw my currency balance?
You can request a bank withdrawal from an available currency balance. Enter the amount and bank details, then review the request. Locked funds are not available to withdraw; requests are subject to review.
Are there fees?
Fees depend on the action and payment method. Check the quote and payment details before confirming. Do not assume that every method has the same fee.
Can I shop and earn rewards today?
Heliox Shop integration and merchant rewards are still in development. Creating a wallet does not promise cashback, a reward tier or access to unconfirmed offers.
